What Do I Eat for Breakfast?
This is a very common question from many patients.
“What do I eat?”
“I don’t have time to make a meal…I can barely make it out of the house in time.”
“Can’t I just stop somewhere on the way to work to pick up something fast?”
I get it! Our household is extremely busy with life as well. But we learned years ago to make our health and nutrition a #1 priority in our lives. If we do…everything else in life seems to be much more manageable, and enjoyable. Here’s the great news! We have also mastered how to eat well and flood our bodies with nutrients…in a very time-efficient way!
As for me personally, 90% of my breakfasts are a quick and easy meal replacement protein shake. It takes me about 1-2 minutes to make and consume with my morning supplements. I don’t even use a blender for my shakes…just a shaker bottle works great for me…and is much quicker, with less clean-up. My shakes specifically consist of:
Spring water
Standard Process Whole Food Fiber
Body Health Perfect Reds
Body Health Perfect Greens
Organic PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder (if allowable on program)
Coconut Milk
