Ingredients:
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
2 Cups Spinach
2 Handfuls Cherry Tomatoes
Avocado Oil
Balsamic Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper (Optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
