Ingredients:
1 lb grass fed organic ground beef
1 package organic Taco seasoning
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 ½ cups Grape tomatoes
3 oz canned Black olives
4 oz Shredded cheese
¾ cup water
Instructions:
Set cream cheese out to soften. Preheat oven to 350.
Cook ground beef in a sautee pan over medium high heat until well browned and no pink remains. Drain off fat and turn burner down to low heat. Add taco seasoning and water and simmer until sauce thickens.
While meat is cooking, spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish. Chop tomatoes and slice olives.
Layer cooked meat, olives and tomatoes in baking dish and cook in oven or toaster oven for 15 minutes or until cream cheese starts to bubble. Top with shredded cheese and cook for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
