Ingredients:

1 pound grass-fed, organic ground beef, bison, veal or turkey (CAUTION: many breeds are sensitive to poultry)

1 -2 Cups Low sodium bone broth

⅓ Cup whole grain rice

2 ½ Cups frozen vegetable mix (use one that doesn’t contain corn)

Instructions:

Turn Instant Pot to Saute mode. Brown down the meat, chopping with a spatula until no pink remains. Turn off saute mode. Add bone broth (should be enough to completely cover the meat). Add rice and frozen veggies. Put on the lid and secure, making sure the vent is closed per Instant Pit instructions. Turn on Pressure Cooker mode with Warm turned off. Set the timer for 13 minutes. When the time is up, manually vent. When the pressure valve is all the way down, remove the lid and remove the pot insert. Allow the mixture to cool completely before serving it to your fur babies. This is the hard part because they will be begging….we recommend not making eye contact!
