Ingredients:
1 medium head of organic cauliflower, chopped into small bite-size pieces
1/2 cup garbanzo bean flower
1/2 cup water
1 TSP Organic Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Organic Himalayan Salt
1 TSP Organic Melted Butter of Ghee
2/3 cup Hot Sauce of choice
Directions:
Combine flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and butter in a medium sized mixing bowl and toss cauliflower in garbanzo mixture. Bake cauliflower at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl and coat the cauliflower after baking. Bake cauliflower for an additional 25 minutes after coated, tossing halfway through. Enjoy!
