Air Fried Chicken Tenders



*makes 8-10 tenders


Ingredients:

1 large organic chicken breast

2 organic eggs

1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

½ Cup unsweetened coconutflakes

¼tsp Himalayan sea salt



Instructions:

Preheat air fryer to 425°.


Cut chicken into strips. Crack eggs into a shallow bowl and whisk. Put dry ingredients into another shallow bowl and mix thoroughly. Coat chicken strips in egg and then dry ingredients, covering generously, and place on the air fryer baking tray.


Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with your favorite sauce!
